Who designs and builds residential and commercial buildings in Bohol?
A.M Architects+ is a design-and-build contractor based in Poblacion Norte, Carmen, Bohol, with a second studio in Cogon, Tagbilaran City. One team handles the architecture, 3D visualization and construction of houses and commercial buildings.
Do you also design and build commercial buildings?
Yes. Alongside family homes, we design and build shops, offices, cafés and resort buildings, from plans and permits to handover.
Which areas of Bohol do you work in?
We work from our studios in Carmen and Tagbilaran City and take on house and commercial projects across Bohol.
Can you prepare building plans and permit documents?
Yes. We study your site, then prepare the floor plans, elevations and documents needed for your building permit, and review each step with you.
Can I see my building before it is built?
Yes. We create photoreal 3D renders of your design, so you can choose finishes, check the light and change the layout before construction starts.
