A.MAbout A.M Architects+ · Design & build contractor in Carmen, Bohol
One team, from first sketch to final key
A.M Architects+ is a design-and-build contractor based in Carmen, Bohol. We design residential and commercial buildings, show them to you in 3D, and build them with our own crew, so the vision never gets lost between hands.
We started because we kept seeing the same thing: beautiful drawings that changed on site, and clients caught in between. So we put the architect, the visualizer and the builder under one roof.
Three disciplines, one studio
Most clients hire three companies. You’ll only need one.
Site studies, floor plans and permits, shaped around your land’s slope, wind and light, and around how you will actually use the space.
Photoreal 3D renders and walkthroughs, so you can choose finishes and move a window before anything is poured.
Our own crew, groundwork to roof. One point of contact, weekly photo updates, and the designers on site with the builders.
Promises we make on day one
Your first meeting is about how you want to live and work, not square metres.
The render you approve is the building we hand over. Changes happen on screen, not on site.
A clear quotation before design starts, and no surprise costs halfway through.
Materials and details chosen for island heat, rain and salt air.
The people behind your project
The same faces from your first meeting to your handover.
